Return & Cancellation Policy
All deposits and retainers are non-refundable due to the nature of our products and services. Inventory is sourced and preparations begin immediately upon payment. However, we are happy to reschedule your event and transfer your deposit to a future booking with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
If your event is within 14 days, we are unable to reschedule or transfer your booking to a new date. A new deposit and booking will be required to secure a different date.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
